Packages A – Banquet Coordination (Up to 1-2 months planning)

Venue and service providers/vendors confirmed; assistance for actual wedding day coordination of banquet only and program generation.

  • Consultation
  • -Initiate first meet up with couples to know couple’s desired wedding ideas and plans. (1-2 meet ups)
  • -Gather brief outline of wedding programme for couple

  • Personal Assistant
  • Check progress of wedding planning, providing assistance and advices for basic essentials Take over existing interaction with confirmed service providers/vendors and finalize program timeline or itinerary on the actual day

  • Stage Manager
  • -Checking of the venue layout and technical setup such as audio, visual and lighting equipment Conduct rehearsal prior on the event day
  • Final briefing with venue staffs, service providers/vendors, helpers on the line up event Manage event cues with related parties to ensure smooth execution of programme. For instance cueing of emcees, controlling your march in music, food service etc

  • Personal Bartler
  • - Become the main point of contact for couple and all appointed vendors, wedding entourages and family members
  • -Onsite coordination, management of your wedding banquet up to 5 hours
  • -At least two wedding assistant or planners with emergency kits to coordinate your wedding

Packages B – Actual Wedding Day Coordination (Up to 3 months planning)

Venue and service providers/vendors confirmed; assistance for full actual wedding day coordination and program generation.

  • Consultation
  • - Initiate first meet up with couples to know couple’s desired wedding theme, ideas or decoration. (2-3 meet ups)
  • - Gather brief outline of wedding programme for couple

  • Personal Assistant
  • - Check progress of wedding planning, providing assistance and advices for basic essentials
  • - Take over existing interaction with confirmed service providers/vendors and finalize program timeline or itinerary on the actual day

  • Stage Manager
  • - Checking of the venue layout and setup such as flowers and decorations, table settings and audio visual & lighting equipment
  • - Finalization meeting and review Banquet Event Order (BEO) regarding set ups and compliance of floor plan
  • - Conduct rehearsal prior on the event day
  • - Final briefing with venue staffs, service providers/vendors, helpers on the line up event
  • - Manage event cues with related parties to ensure smooth execution of programme. For instance cueing of emcees, controlling your march in music, food service etc
  • - Working with the wedding party in regards to their roles & Involvement on the wedding day

Venue confirmed; assistance for service providers/vendors, theme conceptualization, actual wedding day coordination and program generation.

  • - Initiate first meet up with couples to know couple’s desired wedding theme, ideas or decoration. (5
  • -8 meetups)
  • - Gather brief outline of wedding programme for couple.
  • Design and Style your wedding venue based on your desired theme.

  • Personal Assistant
  • - Proposed and provide suggestions and recommendations for service providers/vendors
  • - Work with appointed service providers/vendors for the site survey and venue decorations
  • - Generates program timeline or itinerary on the actual day for confirmed service providers/vendors
  • - Handle final payment to all related service providers (if any)
  • - Assist in pre-wedding photoshoot (if required)

  • Stage Manager
  • - Checking of the venue layout and setup such as flowers and decorations, table settings and audio visual & lighting equipment

  • Budgeting
  • - Proposed and provide suggestions and advices to couple according to couple expected budget
  • - Recommend vendors & service providers
  • Design and Style your wedding venue based on your desired theme

  • Personal Assistant
  • - Liase with appointed service providers/vendors on behalf of couple for site survey and venue decorations
  • - Go over all vendor contact details and create a comprehensive wedding programme and event flow
  • - Generate and finalize program timeline or itinerary on the actual day after liaising & working with confirmed service providers/vendors
  • - Handle final payment to all related service providers/vendors
  • - Assist in menu selection and food tasting/ presentation
